Session Structure & Profile

Avanti Fontana menyelesaikan formasi Professional Business Coach dengan Coaching & Training Asia dan Cambridge Association of Managers bekerjasama dengan Jagadnita Consulting dan EDP Universitas Bina Nusantara pada 2007. Sejak keikutsertaannya dalam program PBC ini, ia menerapkan pendekatan coaching antara lain dalam proses mengajar-belajar dan membimbing mahasiswa. Ia sudah berpraktik coaching lebih dari 200 jam. Pada Februari 2008 ia melengkapi persyaratan perolehan sertifikasi PBC (Certified Professional Business Coach) dari Cambridge Association of Managers/Coaching&Training Asia, selain sertifikasi sebagai fasilitator (DDI Certified Facilitator) yang ia peroleh tahun 2007.

Avanti Fontana adalah anggota International Coach Federation (nomor anggota 1034578) dan International Association of Coaching (nomor keanggotaan 110723).

Dalam memberikan coaching dan bekerjasama dengan klien, Avanti Fontana mengikuti dan mematuhi Kode Etik Profesi Coach ICF dan Standar Etik IAC.

Sejak Desember 2007 Avanti Fontana menawarkan tiga hingga lima Free Coaching Session per bulan. Setiap sesi (Discovery/Initial Session) berdurasi 30-45 menit.
Selain dengan formasi coaching profesional, ia juga mempelajari dan mempraktikkan beberapa model coaching seperti The Praxis Model dari Coaching & Training Asia, Co-Active Coaching Model (Whitworth et al. 2007), Systemic Model, Transformational Model, dan Cellular WisdomModel. Secara reguler ia mengembangkan dan membagi pengetahuan dan pengalamannya pada dan lewat program pengembangan profesional antara lain dari Coaches Training Institute dan jalur kredensialisasi ICF atau IAC serta lewat sharing sessions tentang coaching dan manajemen.
Avanti Fontana menulis blog Inovasi & Manajemen dan Pendidikan & Pengembangan (IM-ED™ Coacbing Blog) secara teratur. Ia juga membentuk forum Coach-in-Indonesia Google Groups untuk ikut memperkaya fora coaching di Indonesia. Fokus grup adalah pada diskusi dan sharing tentang Coaching & Manajemen. Grup ini menjadi medium komunikasi tentang coaching di Indonesia dan medium bagi info & pengetahuan tentang coaching dan manajemen. Sasaran anggota grup ini adalah para coach profesional, peneliti tentang coaching & manajemen, pelajar dan pembelajar coaching.
