All sessions will be served and facilitated by professional facilitators and/or coaches; based on (1) value cocreation and (2) global access for resources and capabilities. Value cocreation is based on unique, personalized experiences of consumers. Firms have to learn to focus on one consumer and her experience at a time even if they serve 100 million consumers; one consumer experience at a time. The focus is on access to resources, not ownership of resources. We are based on network of experts and professionals. Ref. a.o.: C.K. Prahalad & M.S. Krishnan. 2008. The new age of innovation: Driving cocreated value through global networks. McGraw-Hill.
