IM-ED™ stands for Innovation & Management-Education & Development. IM-ED™ is a platform for AvantiFontana.com’s Coaching.

Avanti Fontana creates IM-ED™ Coaching for Innovators in-for Organizations and for Graduate Students in Management & Organization.

Avanti Fontana is member of International Coach Federation and International Association of Coaching.

The International Coach Federation adheres to a form of coaching that honors the client as the expert in his/her life and work and believes that every client is creative, resourceful, and whole. Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibility is to: discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve; encourage client self-discovery; elicit client-generated solutions and strategies; and hold the client responsible and accountable.” Coaching is about self-responsibility.

Avanti Fontana and her team of Coaches respect ICF and IAC Code of Ethics in delivering coaching service and working with clients.

In practicing coaching, coaches can refer to some approaches or models with or in different contexts, and the approaches are within a single foundation (please refer to “What is Coaching?” section). With the accumulation of practice, training, and research in coaching, the coaching models or approaches grow as indicated by the increasing number of approaches or models for coaching practice.

Starting from December 2007 AvantiFontana.com™ offers monthly three to five Free One-on-one/Team Coaching Sessions.
